Design

  1. A style, theme, or color palette unifies each of the spaces. Each room has a set of details that unify the style of the accommodation.
  2. Your space has character. The details of your accommodation tell an inspiring story.
  3. The accommodation has a well-organized space that makes guests feel comfortable.
  4. The rooms of the Airbnb Plus are cozy and pleasant.
  5. Furniture and decorative items are of quality

Equipment

  1. Accommodations with the Plus badge must offer a private bedroom –at least–. And this must include:
  2. A good mattress –no squeaks or holes–
  3. A bed base or frame
  4. Top sheet, fitted sheet, bedspread, and quilt the size of the bed
  5. 2 pillows for single beds
  6. 4 pillows for double beds
  7. Luggage rack, drawer, or dresser
  8. Wardrobe with at least 4 wooden hangers
  9. Bathrooms must be complete and for the exclusive use of guests. They must include:
