Today, we have good news: We are on Spain's PropTech map! For years, the real estate consultancy Aguirre Newman has been creating the Spanish PropTech map. A directory of companies with the common characteristic of using technology to make the real estate sector more efficient. Furthermore, PropTech is the leading information portal for technology in the real estate sector in Spain. And it is a sectoral benchmark at a European level.

IoT on the PropTech map

The PropTech map is divided into different regions. From marketplaces, P2P, data analysis, virtual reality for real estate, or home automation and IoT. It is in the latter where Raixer appears: an IoT solution that automates door opening and manages access without changing the lock.
