We have been with Avaibook for 3 years and, for now, we have no reason to change. It is a good channel manager and fulfills its function for advance payments of reservations. When I started, the annual fee was €80 and the commission per booking was €1. Some time later, they suddenly announced that the fee would go up to €120 per year. I accept it; it seems like a significant increase but within market price. The problem comes later. 15 days before my annual fee expired (and during the Christmas holidays), they informed me that the commission per booking would soon increase from €1 to 1% of the total booking price. How much does AvaiBook cost?

It offers several contracting plans, and the good thing is that there is no permanence clause. The basic plan costs €10 per month, the advanced €15, the premium plan €29, and the leader plan €47 per month. You can see more about Avaibook's pricing on its website. Logically, the more you pay, the more accommodations you will be able to manage simultaneously with this tool and the more services you will receive. Bu-u-u-ut (there's always a but), you shouldn't forget that this type of platform also charges commissions. In this case, they will charge you the following:

  • Per refund of the reservation in case of cancellation.
  • Per transaction amount (if they collect from the client for you).
