Always-on Auto Access mode and automatic calibration

We close the year with a new update to the Raixer app. In this new version, now available to all our customers in their app stores, we include three new features. We hope you enjoy them as much as we did developing them!

Always-on Auto Access mode

With this feature, you can open doors automatically with Auto Access mode always on – with no time limits! This means that from the moment you activate this feature, the portal door will open whenever someone rings the doorbell.This feature was highly anticipated by customers who wanted to avoid programming automatic opening every time a new guest arrived. It is also super useful for offices located in residential buildings.

Automatic door calibration

We have simplified the process for Raixer devices to detect when the doorbell is rung. The new wizard speeds up installation tasks. Furthermore, the step-by-step guide helps you calibrate perfectly:

• Opening value
• Tolerance
• Waiting time between doorbell ring and opening
• Call duration
• Waiting time between openings
• Maximum number of openings during each Auto Access session

Configure waiting time between openings

Now, from your device settings, you can choose the waiting time that should be between one opening and the next. This resolves the situation our customers faced when the doorbell was rung insistently.As always, these new features are available to all our customers starting today. Simply update the Raixer app from your app store: App Store or Google Play.
